Study Protocols

The study protocols and therapy regimens are regularly revised by the Study Group. Medication and dose recommendations given in this document should be used as guidelines. Correct application of any therapy to a patient is in the responsibility of the physician. The Study Group does not accept responsibility for any harm caused by the use of their therapy protocols.
